Max Sittner

About

Max Sittner is a PhD student in the Department of 'Epidemiology and Ecology of Antimicrobial Resistance' at the Helmholtz Institute for One Health, working on the project 'Standardized One Health surveillance of antibiotic residues and antibiotic and heavy metal resistance in Baltic water environments and wild birds'.

Max Sittner is a trained biological technician with a Master’s degree in Human Biology from the University of Greifswald. Since 2024, he is working on his PhD under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Katharina Schaufler, PhD.
