As a trained biological laboratory assistant, Sara-Lucia Skwara supports the 'Epidemiology and Ecology of Antimicrobial Resistance' department in many aspects of laboratory work. As a technical assistant, she is involved in the organization of the laboratory and is responsible for the procurement of various laboratory materials and the shipment of samples. She also supports the members of the working group in various analyses.

After completing her training in January 2021, she gained work experience at the Friedrich Loeffler Institute and the Institute of Pharmaceutical Microbiology at the University of Greifswald.
