Sebastian Paschen

About

Sebastian Paschen is a PhD student in the Department of 'Epidemiology and Ecology of Antimicrobial Resistance'. He is currently studying Human Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Greifswald. He is currently completing his bachelor thesis on 'Virulence factors of bacteria from the B. Cepacia complex' in the research group of Prof. Dr. Katharina Schaufler, PhD. In addition, he is working on his medical doctorate, which focuses on the decolonization of multi-resistant E. coli and K. pneumonia in chickens using phytogenic substances, plant extracts, algae and probiotics.
