Stefan Heiden
About
Stefan Heiden has been working as a bioinformatician at the Helmholtz Institute for One Health in the department 'Epidemiology and Ecology of Antimicrobial Resistance' since 2023. His research interests include marine symbioses and the interaction of microorganisms with human and animal hosts and the environment. In addition to supervising PhD students, he is involved in the planning and analysis of the surveillance genome and transcriptome data.
Stefan Heiden is a microbiologist. He graduated from the University of Greifswald in 2010 and worked at the Institute of Pharmacy under Prof. Dr. Katharina Schaufler, PhD.
